Lead Teacher
Norfolk/Dumfries Locations
The classroom teacher is responsible for the care and education of a group of children, working as a lead teacher in partnership with an assistant. Together both teachers implement prepared lesson plans, engage, and manage the students as you follow the daily schedule. Teachers also evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Our early childhood teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes as well as keeping their classroom organized and clean.

Summer Counselor

Our NAEYC accredited school is seeking reliable, hard-working, fun-loving people to join our team as a summer camp counselor. Candidates must be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks. summer camp counselors are needed for interacting with children in a nurturing, respectful manner and engaging with them in play. Blue Ribbon Results prides itself in providing quality interactions with children and not simply "overseeing" children as they play.
